Why is math boring ?

A little Brief:
There are two types of people in the world: those who enjoyed mathematics class in school, and the other 98% of the population. Math is portrayed as something you get or you don’t. Most of us sit in class feeling like we don’t.
But what if this weren’t the fault of the subject itself, but of the manner in which we teach it? What if the standard curriculum were a gross misrepresentation of the subject? What if it were possible to teach mathematics in a manner naturally incorporating the kinds of activities that appeal to children and learners of all ages?
In the essay of Paul Lockhart, a mathematician who chose to switch from teaching at top universities to inspiring grade-schoolers, Lockhart declares that students who say their mathematics classes are stupid and boring are correct—though the subject itself is not. The problem is that our culture does not recognize that the true nature of math is art. So we teach it in a manner that would just as easily ruin any other art.
“asking simple and elegant questions about our imaginary creations, and crafting satisfying and beautiful explanations”—is mathematics itself. We don’t teach the process of creating math. We teach only the steps to repeat someone else’s creation, without exploring how they got there—or why.
Lockhart does acknowledge that the teaching methods he proposes are unrealistic within the current educational system, where teachers get little control over their work and students need to learn the same content at the same time to pass exams. However, his methods can give us ideas for exploring the topic ourselves.

They where also in a 50 - 50 partner ship with a similar company blackstone but after sometime blackstone sold it stack in the company for just $250 million and company later said it was the worst decision yet….
It mainly gained popularity in financial market in 2008 when the united sates faced it worst financial crisis and people staring to make things work with the help of these asset management companies in which blackrock was a major one. Just to give you a perspective on how big is blackrock, If you combine the net asset of top 10 tech companies like google, amazon, facebook, microsoft and others that will not even come close to blackrocks asset management.
Blackrock has developed a software called the Aladdin which performs risk analysis for its customers, it receives sensitive data from the banks, financial institution and from other high financial authorities by which it has insights about financial assets worth $ 20.300.000.000.000
Blackrock also heavy invests in company of sectors in finance, energy, oil and gas, transportation, food, real state. It use to be active investor in companies and now has shifted to become a passive investor.
Blackrock is a elite adviser for the governments, banks and many high level institution which instantly gives they access highly sensitive data which can again be used in it own companies plans. But Blackrock denied and says it doesn`t let the data flow from one part of the company to another. But after all this blackrock is a good company after all here is a statement sent by the companies CEO to the companies it has invested in.
